Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items are non-returnable: customized/personalized products (e.g., printed mugs, bags, T-shirts designed specifically for you).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Due to the nature of digital products and astrology consultations, completed services cannot be refunded.

If you cancel a booked consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may reschedule or request a partial refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that payment providers (Shopify, Payoneer, banks) may require additional processing time.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

İadeniz kabul edildiğinde, ödemenizin iade edilip edilmeyeceği size bildirilecektir.

Dijital ürünler ve tamamlanmış astroloji danışmanlıkları için iade yapılmaz.

Planlanmış bir danışmanlık, en az 48 saat öncesinde iptal edilirse, yeniden planlama veya kısmi iade mümkündür.

Onaylanan iadeler, 7–14 iş günü içinde orijinal ödeme yönteminize yapılır.

Ödeme sağlayıcıları (Shopify, Payoneer, bankalar) ek işlem süresi talep edebilir.
